The L.P.A. was founded 25 years ago by a group of Landlords in order to promote good relationships between all sides in the Property Industry. The L.P.A. has been a member of the British Property Federation for twenty years and worked hard to promote improvements in the conditions and letting of all residential properties.
We have also worked closely with Leeds City Council to promote the Leeds City Council Code of Standards for Landlords. At the present time we have around seventy members in the Leeds area letting houses and flats to all sections of the community.
